WATCH: AR15s protected by 2nd Amendment; advocate reacts to appeals court hearing
(The Center Square) – In today’s edition of Illinois in Focus Daily, The Center Square Editor Greg Bishop provides highlights from the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals oral arguments in the challenge to Illinois’ gun ban that were heard Monday in court.
Bishop also talks with gun rights advocate Todd Vandermyde to get his reaction to the gun ban appeals court hearing, what it could mean for the possible outcomes and the sentiments among gun owners about the ban that was enacted in 2023 and remains in place despite a district judge finding the law unconstitutional.
