J.B. Pritzker fears for his life in opposing increased immigration enforcement efforts with the expectation the National Guard will be deployed to the city of Chicago.
Bishop also shares Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson’s reaction to the Trump administration putting on hold $2.1 billion in federal tax funds from the Chicago Transit Authority projects where there is race- and sex-based contracting preferences.
Finally, Bishop talks with Anthony Travis, also known as “The Tax Doctor,” about his efforts as a taxpayer trying to bring about policy changes to lower Illinois property taxes.
