A Special Day for Kady: A Community Celebrates a Wish Come True
In a truly heartwarming moment, the Monroe school community came together to celebrate a special gift for student Kady Towles. Through the incredible generosity of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Kady was presented with a brand new golf cart. The surprise was revealed during a joyful golf cart parade through the park, creating a memorable spectacle for everyone involved. To share in the celebration, the second-grade students and Mrs. Kibler’s class were invited to join the festivities. In a show of support, students wore yellow and were treated to a special “yellow” snack and drink, blanketing the event in a color that represents happiness and hope.
