Following an executive session, the board approved a proposal from H&H EMS Solutions. Chairman Rex Goble explained that H&H is a new company formed by two representatives formerly with Fitch and Associates. Goble noted that while Fitch was concentrating on more urban areas, H&H works specifically with rural ambulance services.

In a related report, Chace Bramlett provided an update on ambulance operations. Bramlett reported that call volumes were steady and response times were currently above average. He also noted that he is researching billing procedures, stating that during a recent shutdown, items were not processed, requiring him to now review every submission.
