The Clark County Board on Friday, Dec. 19, voted unanimously to hire the Michael Fuller Group to provide human resources support for the county.
The decision followed a proposal presented by Fred Wurster and Todd Sheridan, who recently formed H&H EMS Solutions. Wurster and Sheridan previously worked with the county to establish the Clark County Ambulance Service. They have partnered with the Michael Fuller Group to expand the resources available to the county.
Lisa Donato, representing the Michael Fuller Group, outlined her firm’s process during the meeting. She told the board that her focus would be on ensuring compliance, working directly with department heads to develop strategies, and analyzing benefit programs to potentially reduce costs.
Donato emphasized that the arrangement offers the county access to a full team of resources rather than a single individual. Board Member Brandon Burkybile moved to approve the hiring, seconded by Board Member Susan Guinnip.
