The two officials reviewed the findings of the Economic Development Committee, which had met on Friday, March 13, to thoroughly discuss the framework of the redevelopment initiative. Following the presentation, Alderman Mumford offered a motion to approve the Business District Redevelopment Program. The motion was seconded by Alderman Lori Wilson and passed in a 4-0 vote by all present council members.
