The Warriors broke the game open early, scoring five runs in the second inning and adding four more in the third to build a lead they would never relinquish. Casey-Westfield’s offense showcased serious power, with Ava Goble, Ella Whitacre, and Lucy Moore each connecting for home runs.

The pitching staff was equally impressive, as Arhianna Bonds and G. Gilbert combined to hold the Danville lineup scoreless on just four hits. Bonds started the game and pitched four strong innings, striking out four, while Gilbert tossed three innings of relief to secure the shutout win.

The Warriors’ defense was flawless behind their pitchers, turning in a perfect fielding performance with no errors on the day.
