WATCH: Sanctuary policies, public safety debated; House resolutions criticize Trump
(The Center Square) – In today’s edition of Illinois in Focus Daily, The Center Square Editor Greg Bishop share the ongoing debate about public safety around immigration enforcement with comments from state Reps. Patrick Sheehan, R-Homer Glenn, La Shawn Ford, D-Chicago, and others.
Bishop also recaps some of the highlights from the second day of the Illinois General Assembly’s fall veto session with debate about how to address high energy costs, the transit fiscal cliff and Trump administration policies opposed by Illinois Democrats.
