Under the approved plan, Librarian Gretchen Murphy’s hourly rate was raised to $24.00 from the previous $23.00. Murphy also received a $1,750 bonus.

Four other staff members also received a $1.00 per hour raise and a $100 bonus each:

  • Kimberly Hensley: Rate increased to $19.00 from $18.00.

  • Renee Honselman: Rate increased to $18.00 from $17.00.

  • Abby Solorio: Rate increased to $16.50 from $15.50.

  • Kaitlyn Tipsword: Rate increased to $16.50 from $15.50.

The board also handled routine business, including the approval of financial and activity reports for November 2025.
