The Casey-Westfield varsity baseball team utilized an eight-run explosion in the fourth inning to break open a tightly contested game, ultimately cruising to a 13-4 non-conference road victory over North Central on Friday afternoon.

Through the first three innings, the game was a back-and-forth battle. Casey-Westfield struck first with a run in the top of the second, but North Central quickly answered with a run of its own in the bottom half of the frame.
