Clark County Board Meeting | March 20, 2026

Carrell also told the board he is looking at options for the phone and camera systems and is going through all the county’s email accounts, eliminating addresses no longer needed. Unemployment at 6.2%, State Labor Economist Tells Board

Eric Makela, a labor economist with the Illinois Department of Employment Security serving the area south and east of Springfield, appeared under new business to brief the board on the job market.
